Refund, Returns and General Policy

Overview:

Payment Terms:

Customer policy requires payments to be made up front via credit card, cheque or wire payment unless alternate payment plan is agreed upon in writing.

Upon approval, Promplii may accept a Net 30 Days term option. (no additional cash discounts allowed, subject to approved credit.)

Minimum Billing and Orders:

Stocked product order minimum is carton/case quantities unless agreed upon in writing by authorized Promplii representative.

Non-Stocked and custom product order minimums are subject to manufacturer minimum order policies.

Late Payment:

Applicable to payment terms when approved. A charge of 2% per month will be assessed on all past due invoices and unpaid balances.

Discrepancies:

Will not be honoured after two months from invoice date for terms, delivery fees, prices or allowances

Merchandise Packed in Master Cartons:

Must be ordered in master carton multiples only unless agreed upon in writing.

Delivery:

Prices are quoted F.O.B. Promplii and supplier warehouses. Promplii does not allow charges for “pick-up” at point of origin, cartage charge at destination.

Non-Stock Product:

Promplii reserves the right to ship +/- 10% of all non stock products.

Method of Shipment and Routing:

Promplii will exercise its best judgement in selecting the type of carrier and routing of all shipments where customer has not furnished special instructions, but will accept no liability for shipping charges incurred.

Delivery Estimates:

Are given in good faith, but are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delayed deliveries due to production difficulties, shortage of material, strikes, war, inclement weather, acts of God or other causes beyond our control.

All Prices Quoted:

Include standard domestic packaging. An extra charge will apply whenever special packaging requirements are specified; either for domestic, export, or Government sealed packing, based on the extra cost incurred to fulfill these requirements. Consult office for quotes to determine the extra charge to be levied in each case.

Shipping Weights:

When furnished on quotation, advanced packaging data are carefully calculated, but not guaranteed.

Merchandise Returns are NOT Authorized:

And will not be accepted for credit unless specified written permission and shipping instructions have been furnished in writing by Promplii. Specially manufactured, non-stock goods and clearance goods are not returnable for credit. Authorized returns will be accepted subject to inspection. A service charge of 25% will be levied on cost of handling, inspection and restocking. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and in their original packaging. Requests for return authorization must be received no later than 60 days after invoice date.

If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are firm exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as consumables, hygienic and personal care goods. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable software products.

Shipping Returns:

If a product return has been authorized in writing, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

If a product return has been authorized in writing, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@promplii.com.

Allegedly Defective Merchandise:

Will not be returned, but must be held for physical inspection by an Promplii authorized representative. No returns are authorized and no credit will be allowed for goods damaged in transit.

Exchanges:

Will not be accepted without written authorization. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@promplii.com.

Order Cancellations:

Will not be accepted without written authorization. Cancellations of orders already scheduled or in process may be accepted, subject to a charge for expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Sales Taxes:

Local, provincial, and federal sales taxes are not shown in this price list and are extra if applicable.

Sales Tax Exemption:

Customers must file a sales tax exemption certificate with Promplii office to be sales tax exempt. For more information, contact us at customerservice@promplii.com.

Limited Warranty:

Promplii warrants that the products contained herein will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If the products fail to function because of defects in material or workmanship within that period of time, and it is used to fulfill the purpose for which it is designed, consistent with normal usage. Promplii at its option, will repair or replace the unit provided it is returned to Promplii with proof of purchase, freight prepaid.
